The success story of PFT RITMO continues…
In 2004 at the BAUMA in Munich, the world’s largest fair for construction machines, PFT showed the innovative mixing pump PFT RITMO for the first time. The versatile and flexible machine fits within estate cars without problems. As flexibility is so important, all the following machines are available in either 230 V or 400 V, also PFT offers versions in 110 V.
Due to its great variety of applications, it laid the foundation for a whole family of machines from PFT:
Internal plaster application with PFT RITMO powercoat
With the machine for decorative plaster, PFT RITMO Powercoat, PFT revolutionised the interior work since 2007. It’s the innovation for machine-aided plaster application, available in both 230 V and 110 V versions. In the past many applications needed to be done manually. With the machine technology from PFT, work is a lot easier, faster and more efficient. After setting the machine, the new and patented after mixer enables mechanical mixing at the rotor and stator ensuring a perfect mix for ‘skim’ sprayable plaster.
The variable one: PFT RITMO XL
The powerful mixing pump PFT RITMO XL stands for: more power – stronger pump units – more fields of application. Due to its flexibility it combines the advantages of the approved bestseller PFT G 4 and the high technology of PFT RITMO family.
Especially, the switchable version of PFT RITMO XL stands for flexibility. One day it handles bonding and reinforcing mortars using the 230 V mode and the other day finishing coat in the 400 V mode.
The new generation of mixing pumps is marked by their excellent mobility and the easy way of transportation due to its comfortable disassembly. The continuously working mixing pump is able to handle every pumpable premixed dry mortars and pasty material – without the assembly of an additional motor sealing.
The material slips better because of the modern material container with its low filling height. Of course the PFT RITMO XL can be filled by a PFT injection hood or by SILOMAT conveying machinery using an additional extension hopper.
Depending on the situation at site, the mixing and conveying capacity can be changed through an easy modification of the pump unit. That makes the mixing pump PFT RITMO XL applicable for numerous uses with materials up to a grain size of 8 mm.
The powerful: PFT RITMO L
The PFT RITMO L is equipped with a high-power 2,2 KW drive compared to PFT RITMO M. The drive utilizes the power of single phase in a maximum way. The treatment of various materials, including exterior render, internal plaster etc.. is possible with hose lengths of up to 20 m !
The PFT RITMO L contains a small external vibrator in addition to the basic configuration i.e. air compressor, hoses and spraying gun.
The classic: PFT RITMO M
The PFT RITMO M – the first and smallest of the range – is the entry-level model for the field of external rendering, internal plastering and coating in 230 V or 110 V.
It has two essential advantages: its handiness – the small PFT RITMO M can be transported in estate cars. Using a 1,5 KW geared motor the PFT RITMO M offers numerous applications for working with materials for grain sizes up to 3 mm, for both external and internal projects, this machine can be used with hose lengths up to 15 m.
